What materials are the cards available in?
We offer three finishes: brushed Metal, natural-grain Wood, and mirror-polished Stainless Steel. Each is a premium, built-to-last material designed to make a stronger impression than paper.
How does the NFC tap-to-share feature work?
Each card is embedded with an NFC chip and a printed QR code. When someone taps your card against their smartphone (or scans the QR code), your digital business card opens instantly in their browser — no app required on their end.
Do I need a special app to use my card?
No. Recipients don’t need to install anything — modern iPhones and Android phones can read NFC taps and QR codes natively. You’ll use the dashboard to build and edit your own card.
Can I customize what’s on my card?
Yes. Your physical card links to your digital profile, which you can update anytime — name, title, company, phone, email, social links, portfolio, or booking page — without ordering a new physical card.
How long does shipping take?
We offer free shipping on every order. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery generally taking 5–8 business days after that. See our Refund & Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you offer a discount for ordering multiple cards?
Yes — order 2 or more of the same card and a 10% discount is applied automatically at checkout. Great for teams or offices ordering together.
What if my card arrives damaged or with an error?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Since cards are personalized, we’re unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse or personalization details submitted incorrectly at checkout — so please double check your details before ordering. What’s the difference between the Free, Pro, and Team plans?
Free ($0/forever) covers the essentials for getting started with digital networking. Pro ($9/month) adds all card templates, scan notifications, and CSV export for professionals who want more control and insight. Team ($5/user/month) adds team admin controls and priority support for companies that want a unified brand across their whole team.
Can I use it without buying a physical card?
Yes. You can create a free profile and share it via link or QR code without ever ordering a physical card. The physical card simply makes sharing it as easy as a tap.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Pro or Team subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
