These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Uniq Flair Connect website (uniqflairconnect.com), our physical business card products, and the digital business card service available at eb-cards.uniqflairconnect.com (together, the “Service”), operated by Uniq Flair Connect (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Our Service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase products or create an account with us. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders for physical business cards are processed through our payment partners, Stripe and SureCart. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing or product information.
3. Digital Card Subscriptions
It is offered on Free, Pro ($9/month), and Team ($5/user/month) plans. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as described in our Refund & Shipping Policy.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the information and content you add to your profile (such as your name, photo, and contact details). By adding content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and display that content as necessary to provide the Service to you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, to impersonate another person, to interfere with the operation of the Service, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on our website and app, other than content you provide, are owned by or licensed to Uniq Flair Connect and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uniq Flair Connect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post any updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
